ALLEGED THEFT OF BENZINE
/ ♦ By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, September 4. A sequel to tho recent fire at Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Co.'s benzine store was a series of charges of theft of benzine and receiving. Henry A. Wearer was committed for trial for alleged theft, and George H. Wood was fined £20 for theft. Charges against a third accused ivcro dismissed. The police offered jio cvidenco in teases against two men accused of receiving."
