O'Regan, of Wellington, has receivod advico from Melbourne that tho Full Court of Victoria dismissed the appeal of tho Wischer Proprietary, LUI., against tho verdict obtained in April last by sis ivatorside workers who were injured at Auckland in September, 1916, by an affusion of sulphuric acid from a cylinder 011 the deck of tho Monowai. Tho men originally wero awarded a total of £6850.
