Porritt was the ! auctioneer.'. .The homestead block of i 32 acres realised £100 per acre, Mr. I R. A. Port being, tho purchaser. Sec- ! tion 2, of .10 acres, made £82 per acre, [■ mid section 3, also of 10 acres, brought ' £100 10s. , per acre, the purchaser in i both .cases being Mr. Port. Section \ 4, of 10 acres, was sold to Mr. C. • Rickard at £106 per acre, and sections I 5 and 6,. totalling 96 acres, went to ! Mr. Port at £75 per acre.
