e ■ ■ RESOLUTION OF DTJNEDIN PRESBYTERY. By Tolegraph.-Prosa Association. . ■ Dunedin, September' 3. The Presbytery to-day passed an overture to the General Assembly to take the subject of church union into serious consideration, and .take steps to inaugurate a definite government aimingat union with the Presbyterian, Methodist and Congregational Churches of New Zealand, and such other Ciiris■tian Churches as may find it possible to come togother on the basis of a common creed and common polity.
