TURKEY PROFESSES CONCERN FOR JEWS' IN PALESTINE. (Ilec. September 3, 8 p.m.) New York, September 2. The New York "World's" Washington correspondent states that advices from a most reliable source in Europe aeiort that the Turkish Government is in negotiation with Jewish .leaders in Germany and Austria-Hungary regarding tho alleviation of the condition of Jews in Palestine. A proposal has been made to abolish Jewish immigration restrictions, while land purchasing and other reforms are also proposed amounting to autonomous'government.. -Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
