AMERICA'S AMBASSADOR IN LONDON

MR. PAGE'S SERVICES EULOGISED. New York, August 29. The newspapers regret Mr. W. H. Page's retirement as Loialon Ambassador for the United States. The "New York Times" says that Mr. Page worthily represented America and filled a position of great responsibility with remarkable success. America and Britain are bound together now as never before. The "New York Herald" says that Mr. Pago has fulfilled a delicate and onerous task with tact and sound judgment. His successor must be capablo of filling an important diplomatic post. —Aus.-N.Z.
