A SPANISH PROJECT. (Rcc. August 28, 7.20 p.m.) New York, August 27. Tho Spanish Cabinet is considering tho question of an aerial postal and passenger service between Spain and tho United States. A largo shipping company is prepared to finance the projest, which will provide for tho manufacture of airships capable of carrying forty passengers, and making the jouriid.v in two and a half days.
