It is reported from Vienna that the recant conference of the heads of the Central Powers at German Headquarters agreed that peace overtures would be useless unless accompanied by an admission of defeat. Tho Kaiser and the Emperor Karl decided not to concede anything, and to conquer or perish together.—Router.
