Another series of games in the second round of the men's competition was played on Saturday. The two lkdiiig teams—Trentham A and Ramblers— won their respective games. : Trentham A V. Y.M.U.A. A.—Trentham proved the best team, winnino- by 6 goals to 1. In the first spell Itentham scored four goals— Chanipness (2), Birch, and Naughton one each. In the second spell Trentham scored two, both by Champness, while Y.M.C.A. scored one by F. Muir. Messrs. Edwards and Jones were tlio referees.

Ramblers v. Featherston.—Ramblers had rather an easy win over Featherston by four goals to nil. In the first spell play was fairly even. Ramblers scoring one goal to nil, Blackie being the scorer. In the second half Ramblers, playing with better combination, added three more goals, Blacking, Knch, and Wheatley being the scorers. Mr. Pragnell was referee.

Karon v. Y.M.C.A. B.—Karori had the best of a fairly even game, scoring two goals to thoir opponents' nil. Tn the first spell Triiforcl, and the second spell Adams, scored. Mr. Dougall was referee.

Base Records v. Y.M.C.A. C—Base Records had all tlio best of the game, putting on three sonls to nil in tlio first half, and eight goals to one in the second half, thus winning by 11 to 1. The scorers were M'Leod (4) O'Brien (2), Dobson (2). Blair. Price, and Benney, one each. Mr. Ncedham was referee.
