NEW SOUTH WALES BUDGET
NO ADDITIONAL TAXATION. Sydney, August 23. Mr. Holman (Premier of New South' Wales) delivered his .Budget Speech last night. The estimated receipts for 191819 total £22,793,000, and the payments J22.775-.flOO. He stated that although as a result of the strike the railway revenue had decreased hy £814,000, the fact that the year closed with a 6urplus indicated a definite financial recover.
