Haselden, S.M., in flowing the claim of K. G. Barr, who Sought to recovor the balance of, an jimount received by the company in payment'for tho product of the claimant's milk supply. Barr failed to take up mares when he became a supplier, ami the company deduoted an amount for jhare capital on tho basis of liis supply, ilso an additional Mi, commission as Jgents for Barr. Tlw respondent relied j)n Mr. Justice Hosking's judgment in a case which was on all fours with the' present one, and in which the plaintiffs Succeeded. Decision was reserved. f
