' The Government Statistician states that 131,707 B. L. S. Dallard, of 94 Uptond Ko'ad, Kelburn, whose name appeared in the Gazette published on Wednesday, voluntarily offered himself for service with the Expeditionary Force, but was not accepted for such service. When hi* name, was gazetted an _ asterisk should, have been placed opposite to it.
