FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are lor strong ajiii squally northerly winds in and northward of Cook Strait, and west tn south winds elsewhere. Weather unsettled and cloudy, with rain following generally. A falling barometer everywhere, rising in the south within twenty-four hours.
