FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present Indications are for strong east to south-easterly winds north-west of Kaivhai and East Oape. Variable breezes with soiitherlles ruling elsewhere for a short time. Weather unsettled and Bhowcry in the northern and Wuthornmost districts. Fair to cloudy elsewhere. Barometer unsteady, A westerly disturbanco passed in the south on Monday night, and nenoral improvement in the weather has taken place. Moderate to # strong south-westerly winds have predominated.
