RUGBY CONTROL

NEW ZEALAND COUNCIL. A meeting of the Management Committee of the New Zealand ilugby Union was held last night, Mr. (.!. If. Dixon presiding. There were also present: Messrs. Cr. A. It was decidcd to reply slating that thn matter was one which should be dealt with under the union's own by-laws, but that in representative matches a man could only play for the union in whoso district, lie was domiciled.
