lor insobriety John James Scott Priest, who -was elated to have a long list of previous convictions, was fined 10s„ in delault '18' hours' imprisonment, and was prohibited. Mary Patterson was convicted and fined 55.. in the alternative 21 hours iletontiin.
1-or tho disobedience of maintenance orders, Georgo Ireland was sentenced to 21 days' imprisonment, the warrant to |bo suspended so long as ho paid f>s. weekly off the arrears, .£7 165.; and Gus- | t.avo Myers was ordered to be imprisoned for a month, the warrant to be suspended so long i.s 10s. per week was paid off the arrears, .£7. Georgo Jelley was ordered' to pay ,£2 2s 6d. per week towards tho maintenance of his wife and children, and was also ordered to pay . past maintenance, 4!10, at the late of 10s. per week. Airs.
