BY arrangement with Hie Council, the Poslal Department's letter-carriers (commencing on MONDAY NEXT) will deliver a CARD to each rasiienco in the City and Suburbs, asking for particulars of householders' milk α-equireraents under tho "block" svstem. Householders will please fill in tho card when tho postman calls, so that they will not be overlooked on the first morning of milk distribution under the Council's scheme. Householders not recoiviujr a card by September 10 should ask their lettercarrier for one, in order lo insuro a supply of milk when the scheme commences. Unless tho card is filled in, the blame will rest on the householder if milk is not delivered when the scheme starts. Belovr is a. copy of the card which will be delivered.
