It is expected that the decisions of the Kaiser and the Emperor Karl at their conference will bo announced in tho Reichstag in, a few days. Reports are current that Austria has . agreed to send troope to the West front on condition that Germany makes a fresh and more modest peace offer, and also concedes certain Austrian demands relative to Poland.—Aue.-N.Z. A Berlin official message declares that tho conference of tho Austrian and German Emperors, statesmen, and generals at German Headquarters manifested complete agreement on political and military tasks, and an identical interpretation of tho Alliance. ' The "Frankfurter Zeitnng" says that as a result of the conferences Polish problems aro considerably nearer solution.
