DUTCH SHIPS RELEASED
BY \GHERUENT BETWEEN UNITED STATES AND DUTCH LEGATION. (Kw. August 18, 5.5 p.m.) Now York, August 17. The New York "Times" Washington 'correspondent slates that 40 Dutch ships, totalling 100,001) tons, now idle in the j Dutch East Indies, will be released to | carry sugar, tin, quinine, and other commodities to tho United States as a result of an informal agreement between tho War Trade Board and the Dutch Legation. In return the United States will license a normal quantity of exports to Mlimd.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable km.
