A message from Vienna states that tho Emperor Karl has gone to the German main Headquarters, accompanied by the Foreign Minister (Baron Burlnn) and the Chief of the General Stoff.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. QUESTIONS TO BE SETTLED. (Roc. August 35-10, midnight.) Amsterdam, August 15. The meeting at German Headquarters includes tho Kaiser, tho Emperor Karl, tho Bulgarian Crown Prince; members of the Polish Regency Council, and leading German Ministers and army Isadora. It is expected that tho Polish question will bo settled, and also the question regarding Ausfcro-Bulgariaii co-operation on the West front.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
