INDEPENDENCE RESOLUTIONS IN ORANGE RIVER COLONY. Cape Town, August 14. Tho Nationalist Central Committee's resolution in favour of independence was sent to all hrannhes of the parly iu tho Orange River Colony, with instructions that it be moved together with a nonconfidenco vote in all the Ministers at the meetings held in course >of their present tour. The resolutions have been carried everywhere at tho meetings held, though tho Ministers wero courteously received and given a fair hear-ing.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
