"Kits," Danncvirke.—A reservist who has been ppssed fit for active servico cannot "demand" another medical examination even if three months or more have elapsed. Any man who has been posted to a draft may apply for re-examination. Tho application should ha mado to the group commander in his own district. "Lex."—Any home service soldier may apply for his discharge. If ho can show sufficiently good cause, Defence Headquarters will grant. it. Homo servico men cannot claim dischargo as a matter of right. They have been attested as soldiers, and may he retained for the period of tho war.
