TO-NIGHT'S ORGAN RECITAL

It is nearly four years ago since Mr. Bernard F. Page (City Organist) devoted an entire programmo at his oi'gau recitals to the works of Cesar Franck. Tonight a rccital. of Cesar Franck'a works will bo given, and the musical people of Wellington will no doubt look for ward with great pleasure to this programme. The first movement of Cesar Franck's Symphony in D Minor, which was transcribed by Mr. Page for tho organ, will be played, and it should bo of great interest to all music-lovers. An entirely new work to Wellington will bo performed, the Toccata w F Major, taken from a set of pieces for the organ written in 1803. The pastoral (op. 19), Fantaisie, in A, Prelude Fugue, ami Variation, and the Finale in B Flat' (op._ '21), wilt complote the programme for this recital, which should prove to bo a grca't musical treat.
