The monthly meeting of the Royal Arch Chapter, U.A.0.D., was held in the Wellington Town • Hall on Wednesday night, the past-president (Bro. A, J. Nor- .' ris) presiding, assisted by Bro. J. Middleton, R.V.A. One member of the order was admitted j to the past-arch degree. ?fea order-paper and rules of the Dunedin -Royal Arcn | Chapter were read and discussed, and ; subsequently Bro. Johnstone gave notice | to move thai 11, Past-Arch Amusment ; Fund be established to provide quarterly ; entertainments. Bro. Smith gave notice ; to move at next meeting that a commit- . tee of five be appointed to revise the ; rules governing the ritual competitions, j and report''at the. October meeting. . Bro. Johnstone moved.that eacli lodge be. invited to nominate a judge each for elocution, harmony, and correctness of : words for the purpose of judging the next j ritual competitions in October. The. election of the three judges to be con- ■ ducted by the Royal Arch Chapter at its i September meeting. I
