MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
9 The recent resuscitation of the Wellington Miniature Rillu Association lias caused a strong revival of interest in the useful sport of rifle shouting in Wellington and the Hutt Vallev, almost all clubs having affiliated and takeu active part in tho work. The competition for the Osman Rose Bowl for individual members of ladies' clubs is causing keen compeiition, several scores of 69 having been made. The Petonc ladies also entered a team for the Osman Shield, open to all , clubs; ten men a side, seven shots, and put up the fine score of 654 (Mrs.' Wilds 70, tho third possible this season, Mrs. • Stickles, Mrs. Warner, Mrs, Scrosrgs, and Mrs. Cunliffe. 67 each).'
