They spent the night on tho edge of Goat Island, on the verge of being engulfed in tho Falls. Searchlights heartened tho men until daylight, when a lifelino was shot from tho roof of tho powerhouso, by which the, scow was dragged safely ashore—Aus.-N.Z, Cablo Aesn.
