SOLICITORS' TRUST ACCOUNTS
NEW.' REGULATIONS." A Gazette notice last evening announces a regulation for an annual audit of solicitors' trust accounts, and for a report thereon. "Every solicitor," it states, "who after the.comini! into operation of these regulations makes default for a period of one month in causing bis trust account for any year to be audited shall be liable to a fine of not less than £10 and not more than JJICO; and if after the. 1 coming into operation of these regulations two tor more solicitors in partnership make any such default, each of them shall bo severally,liable to tho like fine.
