Weather Bloomy, with heavy rain and rivers flooded in many parts and mow on higher levels. Tho barometer ia duo to IiBE soon for a short timo in tho south, but a further fall may be anVcipatod to follow. A disturbance of a cyclonic character now rules over tho Dominion, and tho centre appears about tho West Coast, of the South Island. Heavy rain has fallen in many parts, and considerable snow on some of the higher levels in the south. Strong westerly winds rulo in tho north, but Bouthcrlics in tho far south. ( D.,0.
