Kail, trainer, for a poriod df five yeare in connection with this case. AH horses known to bo owned by A. Hall at tho time the alleged nflonco was committed aro also disqualified. It would, therefore, appear that the horses Turaugapito and Ibex aro also di - qiialifivd as a result of this decision.
