In ' company with a young man named Simolcnski he was fishing at the back ot Cape Saunders lighthouse, when ho was washed off. -There was a high sea riming, and very little prospect of recovering the body.' : . The deceased was married, aged 59. Ho left home on Friday morning to attend the market. .'■'.-■■■ . 'SUJJDEN DEATH. j, A bootmaker named Abraham Silk,'4s years of age, died suddenly at his resi- ! dence, 11 Brown Street, oh Saturday afternoon. Deceased suffered from chronic indigestion for some yiears, but as far as is known had never consulted a doctor.* On Friday night he was unwell, but on Saturday morning ho appeared to be in his usual state of health. In the afternoon his wife went out, and it was during her absence that death occurred, An inquest will probably be held. While playing football on Saturday a boy named Arthur Wellington, 16 years old, who resides at 22 Riddler's Crescent, Pctone, had the misfortune to liAvo his right leg fractured. He was admitted to' the Hospital.
