CHYME OF MANSLAUGHTER DISMISSED. By Telegraph—l'ress Association. Hastings, August 2. . After two days' hearing of evidence in a charge of manslaughter against Charles Stubbs in connection with the death of Robert Bignall Langworthy, resulting from injuries received in a motor-cycle collision last May, the Magistrate (Mr. Page) dismissed tho information, and accused was discharged.
