"The Times." in a leader, says that Lord Lansdowne spenks for himself; but his letter again emphasises with urgency that Mr. Lloyd George should announce a clear-cut programme.. Ho should drastically reconstruct the Government and dispense with ill-chosenor tired colleagues; and should reshape politics on patriotic lines, uniting the best elements of Unionism, Liberalism, and Labour.— "The Times." —
