QUALITY AND USES. Mr. Clynes states that Ike decision of the Ministry, of Food to assume responsibility for t lie wholesale collection, utilisation, and distribution of milk has been approved by this Ministry's Agricultural Advisory Committee, which indudes member's of all tlie lending agricultural societies (says the l.ondon "Daily Mail"), The form of this control is now the subject of daily conferences at the Ministry, and an important announcement may be expected in a lew days. Control of quality will be one feature of the scheme. Wholesalers will be organised in defined areas, and they will be agents of the .Ministry, handling their produce in such a. way as to save labour and transport and effect an economical balanco between the supply of milk to the consumer and to the manufactories of dairy products. ______
