A SENSATIONAL REPORT I GERMANS APPROPRIATE A CRUISER TO COMPENSATE FOR LOST BRESLAU ' London, July 29.' Router's Agency reports this evening that, according to a direct communication from Constantinople, relations between Germany anil Turkey have been severed.—lieuter. TEUTON GREED OVERSTEPS THE BOUNDS DEMAND FOR A TURKISH CRUISER. (licc. July 31, 1.20 a.m.) Copenhagen, July 30. Telegrams from '.Jonstantinople folate ' that' relations between Germany and Turl;ey luivo boon severed owing to a German demand that Turkey should haud over her navy. Excitement against Germany lias been growing owing to hist week's events. The Germans demanded that the cruiser Hamidieh should bo handed over as compensation for the loss of the Br'cslau, destroyed at the Dardanelles.
