FEDERAL SHIPBUILDING CONTRACTS LET
(Rec. July 30, 10,10 p.m.) Sydney, July 30. Mr. Poynton lmS announced that shipbuilding contracts amounting to six millions liavo already been let. These include twenty-six steel ships averaging 5500 toils. Contracts havo been let for 2-1 wooden vessels averaging 2-100 ions.— Press Assn.
