Tho Ukrainian Government has arrested the ox-Ministers of "War and Commerce and several others on a charge of fomenting a revolution to overthrow the Government. There are indications of a fresh peasant rising. The peasants aro well organised and have ample arms. They have seized Tarschtcha and Lepovets and other district".
