London, July 28. A submarine on the east coast attacked British and Belgian trawler.-, and took the crews on to her deck and fhou suddenly submerged, leaving the suites to dio. Tlireo British and one Belgian were drowned. A British skipper relates that the submarine opened tire with her machine-gun. Tho Germans hoarded and ransacked the Irawlnr and then blew her up. She then captured a Belgian trawler and placcd the crews on the dock of the submarine. When a British patrol bout was sighted the submarine submerged without warning, leaving tho fishermen to their fate. An incoming steamer reports that she was three times attacked by U-boals. Tho last occasion was on Saturday, 301) miles from the coast.
