ijDRIVER OP CAR COMMITTED FOll TRIAL. By Telegraph-Press Association. Hawcra, July 29. The adjourned inquest into the South lioad motor fatality occupied all day. Tlio Corone.-'s verdict was "That Tom Henry Morgan met bis death from injuries received from a motor-car negligently driven by James O'Donnell," James O'Donnell was subsequently charged in the Magistrate's Court with unlawfully killing Morgan. 'After this depositions had been taken tho Magistrate committed accused to the_ next sitting of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth for trial, bail being allowed accused in his own recognisance of ,£2OO and two sureties of -£100 cach or one surety of JOT.
