TIIE NOVEMBER DRAFT.
_ Tho November draft is now beinff filled, and at tho reduced rate of reinforcements which will he the rulo when tho men have to go into camp, it is probable that not nil of the men lately called in tho ballot will bo required to complete it. As soon as a suflicient number of men have been obtained (ho list will bo closed, and tho remainder postponed until the December draft. And as (hero is a certainty that tho December draft will bo (trapped, and a possibility that the Jaauary draft also will be dropped, tno remainder of the men may not ho mobilised until February.
