FORECAST AND SUMMARY . * AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. . Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly to easterly winds. Expect cool and changeable weather generally, but unsettled conditions with rain aro probable shortly in the northern and East Coast dtoricts of the North Island. Barometer ' unsteady. Southerly breezes <ind cool, changeable conditions have prevailed, with scattered showers along the East Coast of tho' North Island. Little change in' atmospheric pressure has taken place. D. C.
