As a result the plaintiffs' premises were- Hooded with wnler lo a depth of several JuHio« and the Door covered knee-deop with a deposit of cinders unit ashes. Much ilamnge was done to the furniture ami littings of the billinrd saloon. Against this decision the defendants appealed. A Her hearing tniinspl His Honour reserved his decision. Mr. T.
