A CASE ON APPEAL.

As a result tho plaintiff's premises were flooded with water to tho depth of several inches and the floor covered knee deep with a deposit of ciu(lers and ashes. Much damage was done to the furniture and fittings of the billiard saloon. Againat this decision the defendant appealed. The question argued was one of liability. jlr 'B.
