Mr.''Arthur Henderson, speakinj* at Oldham, urged the Government (o communicate with the Allies with ft view to enabling the Labour Party to participate in international conversations organised by a distinctly' neutral committee., Whilo such conversations would not bind the countries represented, he said ho trusted that they would point, the way through which the Allies could walk to an actual Peace Conference, ne indignantly denied that the Labour Party wanted n.
