An old colonist, in the person of Mrs. George Death, of Dominion Road, Auckland, died at her lato residence last Thursday evening, at tho ago of 7!) years. Mrs. Death, who was born in Collington, Cornwall, was brought to New Zealand by her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Pond, landing at Wellington in February, 1810.
