She is said.to be a.German, the daughter of an unnaturalised Prussian. Ker mother, also was ' born in Germany. Though .these facts are based on the parents' marriage certificate, Mrs. Billing asserts .that ; her father is a Swiss and her mother is Irish.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
