Joromc Kern's musical comedy "Oh, Boy," bears a cousinly relationship to "Canary Cottage," aud is described ns a smart entertainment with a melodious scoro. Miss Gracie Lavers, a coming'-on star of goodly appearance and with youth to aid her, made a success in a leading part. She has good style and a bird-like soprano. Her song, "An Old-fashioned Wife," made a hit. It has a chorus of old dames knitting, who in 'a flash aro transformed into barefaced costumes of black aud scarlet. Miss Maud Fane is rniid to have exhibited subtlety and confident assurance as "Jackie" Sampson, and .Connie Ecliss was less open to criticism than usual as a Quakeress who tipples. Others in the cast are Alfred Firth, Field Fisher, Fred. Maguiro, William Green, Maud Beatty. and George Willonghby.
