. POLICE CASES. Mr. S. E. Hf'Cartliy, S.M.. presided over yesterday's' sitting of the Magistrate's Court. A soldier nalned Charles Pointon was charged with having behaved in- a, disorderly manner in I.nmbton Quay when drunk*.
