AV. j Mansfield), in moving the adoption of the , report and balance-sheet, outlined the ' working of tlm club during last, season J ami made special reference to the work J recently earned out for improving the drainage and giving a belter playing , green. The election of officers resulted ns fol- , lows.—President, Mr. G. Finn; directors, i Messrs. J. A. Plimmer, F. T,yall, E. \ Cowles, G. Hogben, C.M.Ct., AV. Hulchings, AV. R. Plimmer (re-elected), and ! AV. Ritchie; secretary, Mr. AV. R. Plim- I mer; treasurer, Mr. AV. Ritchie; audi- "] tor, Mr. AV. C. Slepliens, F.P.A.. N.Z.; j sole selector. Mr. IT. M. Nalder;°dele- , gala to centre, Mr F. AV. Mansfield J A motion to increase the annual su.bscription to .£3 3s. was passed, and a , special meeling was arranged for confirmation of this. _ , In reference to the supervision and up- j keep of green, discussion was deferred till next meeting. _ ' , Mr. Apnleton voiced the feeling of a ( number of members who disapproved the sending away of so many players that the home green was depleted, and consequently some players were unable _to participate in a game.
