Roseberg, a wholesale jeweller, was stolen in tho city, and was later found abandoned at Stanmoro. Tho robbery was of tho most daring character. Mr. Itoseberg left, his motor-car in broad daylight in George Street, whilo he entered a shop. Ho was absent for ten minutes, and 011 returning found tho car had disappeared. Before leaving it he had locked the switch-board, but the car fittings, being standardised, the thieves wore able lo unlock it.—Press Assn. '
