On Saturday the , weekly run took place from Lysill Bay. The excellent , I rail 'aid liy Messrs. Calvert and Masters led along the beach in. an easterly direction fnr about a mile, then turning to the wiidhills across the golf links, and v.p the lull to tho left of the lagoon On reaching tlip lon of (ho hill it led in a northerly direction to the Miramir power-house, and then cut across to the gasometer, aud up the hill to the north side of the Miramar Cutting, and over into Evans Bay, coming out about 200 yards from 'the Miramar Wharf. A turn was i hen made for home, passing through (he football grounds and /finishing on Onepn Rood. The pack was then halted, and the deputy-captain handicapped the run-in, which resulted, in a very close liuish, there only being ineb'o between the first four men. The result was as follows:~W. Horbfcnn. 1; TL Bull, 2; S. "Weinc, 3. IV. Harbison securing a win places him in tho lead for the points prize by two points, with Townseiid D. Wilson running second. The club captain expressed Clanks to Mr. Bristow' for his donation !o the club, and he also remarked that a srreat deal of credit was due to Mr. AValler for taking on the position of secretary asjaiii, as his services ii\ Ihe past hail been a great help to the club."
